Since its establishment in 2018, Beijing Qihengxing Biotechnology Co., Ltd. has always put product research and development and quality assurance first. The R&D team has more than 90% masters and doctors, and has more than 10 years of experience in after-sales support of molecular biology products. The scientifically constructed R&D platform and pragmatic product R&D experience are the guarantee for the company to continue to provide customers with high-quality products. Qihengxing Bio has established six major R&D technology platforms to provide comprehensive product solutions for different customers: 1. qPCR/PCR system platform: PCR system: Achieve inhibitor-resistant PCR amplification and direct PCR amplification of blood/blood card; the multiplex amplification system can achieve simultaneous amplification of up to 40 primers; qPCR system: including SYBR GREEN and probe methods. The products have been recognized by customers for low-copy gene detection, SNP genotyping, high GC/AT samples, inhibitor resistance, and multiple target amplification. 2. Enzyme Engineering Platform: A method for evaluating enzyme performance and function has been developed and a national invention patent has been applied for; the developed related enzymes have been applied to the company's product series. 3. Nucleic Acid Extraction Platform: Development of nucleic acid extraction reagents based on magnetic beads, adapted to automated processes, covering whole blood, plasma, FFPE and other samples. 4. RNA Reference Platform: The armored RNA design, expression and purification platform provides companies with reference raw materials for RNA testing. 5. NGS Platform Develop products such as library sample fragment screening, library concentration determination, ribosomal RNA removal, and DNA/RNA co-construction library based on NGS high-throughput sequencing. 6. Kit Customization Platform: We have developed customized projects for many companies (IVD, cell therapy, animal disease), and our products include kits for nucleic acid extraction, disease detection, and quantitative detection of trace nucleic acid residues. |
