1. Marketing Specialist
Job Responsibilities
- Collect market information and analyze market dynamics, formulate product marketing plans and promotion plans, and guide and monitor product promotion;

- Responsible for the screening, negotiation, and follow-up of academic conferences, industry conferences, and exhibitions;

Qualifications
- Possess solid professional knowledge in biology, major in molecular, immunology and other biology related majors. Applicants with a bachelor's degree must have more than three years of experience in the same position. Applicants with a master's degree or above are accepted as fresh graduates.
- Love marketing and product operation, have a spirit of research and innovation, good execution and strong communication skills;
- Have good market analysis and report writing skills; have good presentation and PPT production skills;
- Have foreign language reading ability, be able to read literature independently, and translate professional product information;
- Have good psychological quality, be able to handle emergencies and adapt to business trips;
- Proficient in using office software;
- Product training and basic lectures for dealers and end customers;

2. Quality Inspector
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in the formulation and implementation of the company's scientific research and production project management documents;
- In accordance with the company's system specifications, complete the normative review of the company's scientific research and production projects, complete the work report, and put forward rectification suggestions;
- Review the handover of materials and data, organize the verification of equipment and infrastructure, and establish archives: coordinate with procurement, warehouse and other departments on raw material preparation, material handover and other matters; connect and check production tasks and production data with department heads and relevant project technicians; organize and coordinate production-related equipment, sites and personnel;
- Responsible for product production or quality inspection according to requirements or work documents: Carry out production and raw material inspection, semi-finished product inspection, and finished product inspection according to the established standardized operation process, and have certain ability to analyze and find problems;
- Responsible for writing various records, including outputting standardized production records, quality inspection reports, etc.;
- Other work assigned by the leadership.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in molecular biology or bachelor's degree in biology, and more than 2 years of experience in molecular biology experiments;
- Proficient in routine molecular operations such as nucleic acid extraction, PCR, qPCR, etc.
- Good planning and execution ability, analysis and problem-solving ability, process management ability, communication and coordination ability;
