Simple and efficient - Qihengxing blood genome extraction kit |
This kit utilizes highly efficient nanomagnetic beads and a specialized buffer system to purify high-quality genomic DNA from fresh or frozen blood samples. The entire process is safe and convenient, resulting in high genomic DNA yield, high purity, and consistent, reliable quality. This kit is suitable for manual extraction and automated workstation extraction; the extracted product can be directly used for PCR, second-generation sequencing, etc.; it is suitable for whole blood samples with a volume of 0.1mL-1mL. |
Product advantages: Simple process, no centrifugation required High loading capacity and high recovery rate No organic solvents such as phenol/chloroform are required, and the operation process is safe and fast It can achieve high throughput and is automation-friendly. |
Super strong magnetic bead dispersion performance |
The nano-scale magnetic beads used by Qihengxing have superb dispersion properties. They remain well suspended and dispersed throughout the extraction process, eliminating the need for mixing. Competitor T's magnetic beads, on the other hand, require intermittent mixing during room temperature binding (15 minutes) and heated washing (10 minutes) (the beads will settle after approximately 2 minutes). |
|
Lower magnetic bead usage and smaller elution volume |
The nano-scale magnetic beads used in Qihengxing have a larger surface area, significantly increasing loading capacity and DNA binding efficiency. Therefore, fewer beads are required than in competing products, enabling DNA elution and recovery in smaller volumes (as low as 20μl). Competitor T, on the other hand, requires more beads to achieve similar recovery efficiencies. Due to the significantly higher bead usage, a higher elution volume (at least 50μl) is required for DNA elution and recovery. |
|
High yield and high purity |
Compared with competitor T, Qihengxing StarPure Blood DNA Extraction Kit shows higher DNA yield and purity . |
|
DNA integrity |
The electrophoresis results showed that there were no diffuse bands in the DNA genomes extracted from Qihengxing and competitor T, and there was no DNA degradation. |
