Simple Sensitive precise Stablize

StarLighter dsDNA HS Assay Kit is a simple, sensitive and accurate double-stranded DNA (dsDNA) fluorescence quantitative detection kit. This kit is suitable for Qubit fluorometer or fluorescence microplate reader, and has very good linearity for dsDNA in the range of 0.1-100 ng. It has strong anti-interference ability, and can selectively detect dsDNA even in the presence of ssDNA, RNA and monomeric nucleotides, and tolerates high concentrations of proteins, salts, detergents and other pollutants. Compared with the traditional UV detection (A260) method, DNA can be quantified more accurately. The product characteristics of high specificity and high sensitivity are particularly suitable for quantitative detection of libraries during NGS library construction.

Using Life Qubit standards 1 and 2 as test samples and QB buffer as diluent, standards 1 and 2 were diluted into a series of gradients of 10, 5, 2.5, 1.25, 0.625, 0.3125, 0.156, 0.0781, and 0 ng/µL. Test system: 10µL sample + 190µL working solution. The StarLighter Qubit reagent and Thermo Qubit reagent were used to detect 9 dsDNA samples of different concentrations, and the results are shown in Figure 1: StarLighter dsDNA HS Assay Kit FS-T1001, FS-T1002 and Qubit® dsDNA HS Assay Kit (Life) have the same performance, dsDNA samples have a good linear relationship in the range of 0-100ng, and the sample repeatability is good, and there is no difference in performance between the two.
