Qihengxing understands the hardships of scientific researchers and has launched reverse transcription premix and qPCR premix with tracer dyes, which facilitate the identification of sample-added wells and non-sample-added wells, visualize the sample-adding process and bring a new experience.

The dyes used in RT-PCR and SYBR Green qPCR mix do not affect the reverse transcription and fluorescence quantification results.

40 ng and 1 ng of mouse total RNA were used as templates, and reverse transcription was performed with FS-P1005 and FS-P1006, respectively. The cDNA after reverse transcription was used for qPCR quantification of ATP and FMR1 genes with FS-Q1005 and FS-Q1008, respectively. The dye-tracing system (FS-P1006+FS-Q1008) and the non-dye-tracing system (FS-P1005+FS-Q1005) showed the same performance, with no significant difference in amplification linearity, fluorescence intensity and Ct value.
