StarLighter dsDNA Wide Range Detection Kit is a simple, rapid, sensitive and highly accurate dsDNA fluorescence quantitative detection kit. This kit contains fluorescent detection reagents, standards and buffers. It is highly selective for dsDNA and has good linearity for DNA samples between 2 and 1000 ng. Compared with the traditional UV detection (A260) method, it can quantify dsDNA more accurately, eliminate interference from other substances, and improve the accuracy of the experiment. This kit is easy to operate and can be detected using a fluorescent microplate reader or Qubit fluorescent quantifier.
1. Wide range linear detection
The kit supports a dsDNA concentration range of 2–1000 ng/µL, with excellent linearity, and is suitable for accurate quantification of samples from trace to high concentrations. Compared with traditional UV spectrometry (A260), its fluorescence detection technology can effectively exclude interfering substances such as RNA and protein, improving experimental accuracy.

The kit is highly selective for dsDNA and only binds to double-stranded DNA without interference from RNA or single-stranded DNA (ssDNA). At the same time, it has excellent tolerance and can directly quantify PCR amplification products without additional purification steps, saving experimental time and cost.
