400 μL of plasma samples 1 and 2 were extracted using the StarPure Plasma/Serum cfDNA Extraction Kit and the supplier's L, A, and T plasma/serum cDNA extraction kits, respectively. The elution volume was 20 μL. The extracted cfDNA yields are shown in Table 1: ![]()
Plasma samples 1 and 2 were extracted using StarPure plasma/serum cfDNA Extraction Kit and similar extraction kits from suppliers L, A, and T, respectively, with a volume of 400 μL per sample and an elution volume of 20 μL. Qubit quantitative analysis was performed. Compared with other suppliers, the StarPure plasma/serum cfDNA xtraction Kit showed a higher yield. Half of the cfDNA extracted using each brand's kit was used as the starting amount for library construction using the KAPA Hyper DNA Prep kit. After 12 cycles of amplification, the yield of the Qihengxing cfDNA library was similar to that of Supplier L and Supplier A, while the yield of the cfDNA library from Supplier T was relatively low (Tab.3).
