TG magnetic beads need to be mixed intermittently during room temperature binding (15 minutes) and heated washing (10 minutes) (the magnetic beads will precipitate in about 2 minutes); Qihengxing magnetic beads are always in a suspended state and do not need to be mixed in the middle.

• High yield and high purity

200 μl of whole blood samples 1 and 2 were extracted using the Qihengxing StarPure Blood DNA Extraction Kit and the competitor's TG whole blood genomic extraction kit, respectively. The extracted genomic DNA yield and purity are shown in Table 1:

Fig.2 Electrophoresis results showed that there were no diffuse bands in the DNA genome extracted from Qihengxing and the competitor's products, and there was no DNA degradation.
