| Tab.2: Both Supplier K and the Qihengxing Library Quantification Kit contain six standards, offering a wide quantification range. Six standards from different batches of Supplier K and the Qihengxing Library Quantification Kit were used as samples and amplified using the same qPCR reagent. The amplification results were then subtracted. Comparison revealed minimal differences between the standards in the two kits, demonstrating comparable performance. The results are shown in the table above. |

The amplification results were compared with the standard standards in the kit. The quantification results from the Qihengxing and competitor kits were both close to the labeled concentrations. The Qihengxing quantification kit provided accurate and reliable library quantification results. |
