![]() Reverse transcription was performed using 40 ng and 1 ng of mouse total RNA as template using StarLighter Color Script RT (FS-P1006) and StarLighter Script RT (FS-P1005), respectively. The resulting cDNA was then quantified by qPCR for ATP and FMR1 using StarLighter HP SYBR Green qPCR Mix (FS-Q1005). FS-P1006 and FS-P1005 showed comparable performance, with no significant differences in amplification linearity, fluorescence intensity, or Ct values.
![]() StarLighter Color HP SYBR Green qPCR Mix (FS-Q1008) contains a blue dye. cDNA samples reverse-transcribed with StarLighter Color Script RT Super Mix are yellow. When the StarLighter Color HP SYBR Green qPCR Mix is added to the yellow cDNA template, it turns green, enabling tracking of sample addition.
