StarLighter Probe Multiplex qPCR Mix (Universal) was developed specifically for multiplex target detection through enzyme modification and screening through directed evolution, combined with an optimized Bufer system. The system's tolerance to inhibitors, compatibility with diverse samples, and compatibility with GC content are significantly enhanced, significantly improving sensitivity, specificity, and low-copy detection rates for multiple targets. This product delivers highly reproducible results, excellent amplification linearity, and accurate target gene quantification and detection. This product is a 2x premix, requiring only the addition of primers, probes, and template for ease of use.

Product Performance

Qihengxing is compatible with different templates, showing stronger fluorescence signals, better amplification curve linearity, and higher sensitivity (higher Ct values). Other brands are slightly less compatible with templates.
