StarLighter Probe qPCR Mix for MMCA This universal reagent is suitable for probe-based real-time PCR (qPCR) reactions. It contains the ultra-high-performance hot-start Taq Pro DNA polymerase and an optimized buffer, effectively suppressing nonspecific amplification and significantly increasing qPCR efficiency and detection sensitivity. It is suitable for probe-based multicolor melting curve analysis as well as conventional high-sensitivity qPCR detection using probe-based methods. The reference dye ROX is provided with the kit.
