StarSave DNA/RNA Preservative Solution

No.FS-S2001/FS-S2002/FS-S2003
StarSave DNA/RNA Protection Reagent Used for the storage and dilution of nucleic acid samples, it can effectively reduce the degradation and adsorption of nucleic acid samples through the scientific buffer system, anti-degradation and anti-adsorption component design, and has no effect on the subsequent PCR reaction. It is especially suitable for the long-term storage of trace nucleic acid samples.

Product Performance

  • Nucleic acids can be stably stored for a long time at room temperature
Take a 156 bp DNA fragment and dilute it tenfold. Then store the diluted nucleic acid solution at 4℃ and room temperature for a long time. Take 1m sample for qPCR amplification at 15 days and 30 days respectively. The data after amplification is very small compared with that before storage, which can be regarded as repeated operation error. This nucleic acid protection solution can stably store nucleic acid samples at room temperature for a long time.
  • Nucleic acids can be stably stored for a long time at low temperatures
Take a 156bp DNA fragment and dilute it tenfold. Then store the diluted nucleic acid solution at -20℃ for a long time. Take 1μL of the sample at 50 days, 65 days, 90 days and 190 days for qPCR amplification. The data after amplification is very small compared with that before storage, which can be regarded as repeated operation error. This product can stably protect nucleic acid samples for a long time at low temperature.
  • It can provide good protection for nucleic acids that are repeatedly frozen and thawed

Take a 156 bp DNA fragment and dilute it tenfold. Then freeze and thaw the diluted nucleic acid solution repeatedly. Take 1 μL sample for qPCR amplification after 10, 20 and 30 freeze-thaw cycles. The data after amplification is very small compared with that before storage, which can be regarded as repeated operation error. This product can play a good protective role for nucleic acids that are repeatedly frozen and thawed.
