A 156 bp DNA fragment was diluted tenfold in a series. The diluted nucleic acid solution was then stored at 4°C and room temperature for extended periods. 1 μl of sample was taken for qPCR amplification at 15 and 30 days. The post-amplification data showed minimal change compared to the pre-storage data, which can be considered as repeatability error. This nucleic acid preservation solution can stably preserve nucleic acid samples at room temperature for extended periods. |

The post-amplification data showed minimal change compared to the pre-storage data, which can be considered a repeatability error. This product can stably preserve nucleic acid samples at low temperatures for extended periods. |

The post-amplification data showed minimal change compared to the pre-storage data, which can be considered as repeat operation error. This product provides excellent protection for nucleic acids subjected to repeated freeze-thaw cycles. |
