A 156 bp DNA fragment was diluted tenfold in a series. The diluted nucleic acid solution was then stored at 4°C and room temperature for extended periods. 1 μl of sample was taken for qPCR amplification at 15 and 30 days. The post-amplification data showed minimal change compared to the pre-storage data, which can be considered as repeatability error. This nucleic acid preservation solution can stably preserve nucleic acid samples at room temperature for extended periods.

This product provides excellent protection for nucleic acids subjected to repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
