Starlighter dsDNA BR (Broad Range) Assay Kit This is a simple, rapid, sensitive, and highly accurate double-stranded DNA (dsDNA) fluorescent quantitative detection kit. This kit contains fluorescent detection reagents, standards, and buffer. It is highly selective for dsDNA, has minimal RNA interference, and exhibits good linearity for dDNA samples between 2 and 1000 ng. Compared to traditional UV detection (A260) methods, it can more accurately quantify DNA, eliminating interference from other substances such as RNA and protein. It can accurately determine dsDNA concentration and improve experimental accuracy. This kit is easy to operate and can be detected using a fluorescence microplate reader or Qubit@ fluorescence quantification instrument.
