Starlighter dsDNA HS Assay Kit This is a simple, rapid, sensitive, and highly accurate double-stranded DNA (dsDNA) fluorescence quantitative detection kit. This kit contains fluorescent detection reagents, standards, and buffer. It is highly selective for dsDNA, minimizes RNA interference, and exhibits excellent linearity for dDNA samples between 0.1 and 100 ng. Compared to traditional UV detection (A260) methods, this kit allows for more precise DNA quantification, eliminates interference from other substances, and accurately determines dsDNA concentration, improving experimental accuracy.
This kit is easy to use and can be used with a fluorescence microplate reader or Qubit instrument for detection. FS-T1003 specifically provides 5-point standards for high-throughput detection in microplate reader mode, which can make quantitative results more accurate.

Using Supplier L standards 1 and 2 as test samples and QB buffer as the diluent, standards 1 and 2 were serially diluted at concentrations of 10, 5, 2.5, 1.25, 0.625, 0.3125, 0.156, 0.0781, and 0 ng/μL. The test system consisted of 10 μL sample and 190 μL working buffer. Nine dsDNA samples of varying concentrations were assayed using the StarLighter Qubit reagent and the Supplier L reagent. The results are shown in Figure 1. The StarLighter dsDNA HS Assay Kit and Supplier L demonstrated comparable performance, exhibiting excellent linearity from 0 to 100 ng of dsDNA samples and good sample reproducibility, with no significant performance differences between the two.
A calibration curve test was performed using the five standards in the ELISA kit (10 ng/μL, 5 ng/μL, 2.5 ng/μL, 1.25 ng/μL, and 0 ng/μL) as test samples. The test system: 10 μL sample + 190 μL working solution. The results are shown in the figure: The StarLighter dsDNA HS Assay Kit (Five Standards) exhibits excellent linearity in the 0-100 ng range.
