| Using Supplier L standards 1 and 2 as test samples and QB buffer as the diluent, standards 1 and 2 were serially diluted at concentrations of 10, 5, 2.5, 1.25, 0.625, 0.3125, 0.156, 0.0781, and 0 ng/μL. The test system consisted of 10 μL sample and 190 μL working buffer. Nine dsDNA samples of varying concentrations were assayed using the StarLighter Qubit reagent and the Supplier L reagent. The results are shown in Figure 1. The StarLighter dsDNA HS Assay Kit and Supplier L demonstrated comparable performance, exhibiting excellent linearity from 0 to 100 ng of dsDNA samples and good sample reproducibility, with no significant performance differences between the two. |

| A calibration curve test was performed using the five standards in the ELISA kit (10 ng/μL, 5 ng/μL, 2.5 ng/μL, 1.25 ng/μL, and 0 ng/μL) as test samples.
