| Using supplier L standard products 1 and 2 as test samples, QB buffer as diluent, standard products 1 and 2 were diluted in a series of 10, 5, 2.5, 1.25, 0.625, 0.3125, 0.156, 0.0781, 0 ng/μL. Test system: 10 μL sample + 190 μL working solution. For 9 different concentrations of dsDNA samples, StarLighter Qubit reagent and supplier L brand reagent were used for detection, and the results are shown in Figure 1: StarLighter dsDNA HS Assay Kit and supplier L have the same performance, dsDNA samples have a good linear relationship in the range of 0-100 ng, and the sample repeatability is good, and there is no difference in performance between the two. |

| The five standards in the enzyme-labeled kit, 10 ng/μL, 5 ng/μL, 2.5 ng/μL, 1.25 ng/μL, and 0 ng/μL, were used as test samples for the standard curve test.
