Starlighter RNA HS (High sensitivity) Assay Kit This is a simple, rapid, sensitive and highly accurate RNA fluorescence quantitative detection kit. This kit contains fluorescence detection reagents, RNA standards and buffers. It is highly selective for RNA and has a good linear relationship between 5-100 ng. Compared with the traditional UV detection (A260) method, it can quantify RNA more accurately and avoid interference from other substances, such as proteins, salts, detergents, etc. It has good tolerance and improves the accuracy of the experiment. This kit is easy to operate and can be detected using a fluorescence microplate reader or Qubit fluorescence quantifier.

A. The standard product Standard QS1 with a concentration of 10 ng/μL in the StarLighter RNA HS Assay Kit was gradiently diluted with HS buffer QB to 5 ng/pL, 2.5 ng/L, and 1.25 ng/μL. The fluorescence values of the standards with different concentrations were determined by the StarLighter RNA HS Assay Kit (test system: 10 μL+190 μL working solution). The results are shown in Fig. 1.A. B. The standard product with a concentration of 10 ng/LL in the competitor RNA HS Assay Kit was gradiently diluted with HS buffer Q8 to 5 ng/HL, 2.5 ng/uL, and 1.25 ng/uL. The fluorescence values of the standards with different concentrations were determined by the competitor RNA HS Assay Kit (test system: 10 μL+190 μL working solution). The results are shown in Fig. 1.B.
  • Product performance is consistent with market leading brands
The same RNA samples were measured with StarLighter RNA HS Assay Kit and competitor kit, with two replicates for each sample. The concentration values were averaged and the concentration difference between the two kits was calculated. The results showed that the concentration difference between StarLighter RNA HS Assay Kit and competitor kit was within 5%, and there was no significant difference in performance between the two.
