Starlighter RNA HS (High sensitivity) Assay Kit This is a simple, rapid, sensitive, and highly accurate fluorescent RNA quantification kit. This kit includes fluorescent detection reagents, RNA standards, and buffer. It is highly selective for RNA and exhibits excellent linearity between 5 and 100 ng. Compared to traditional UV detection (A260), it allows for more precise RNA quantification, eliminates interference from other substances such as proteins, salts, and detergents, and exhibits excellent tolerance, thereby improving experimental accuracy. The StarLighter RNA HS Assay Kit has the same performance as competing products, with good linearity in the RNA sample range of 5 ng to 100 ng and good sample reproducibility.

A. The standard product Standard QS1 with a concentration of 10 ng/μL in the StarLighter RNA HS Assay Kit was serially diluted with HS buffer QB to 5 ng/μL, 2.5 ng/L, and 1.25 ng/μL. The fluorescence values of the standard products at different concentrations were measured using the StarLighter RNA HS Assay Kit (test system: 10 μL + 190 μL working solution). The results are shown in Figure 1.A. B. The standard product with a concentration of 10 ng/LL in the competitor RNA HS Assay Kit was serially diluted with HS buffer Q8 to 5 ng/HL, 2.5 ng/uL, and 1.25 ng/uL. The fluorescence values of the standard products at different concentrations were measured using the competitor RNA HS Assay Kit (test system: 10 μL + 190 μL working solution). The results are shown in Figure 1.B.
  • Product performance is consistent with market leading brands
The StarLighter RNA HS Assay Kit and a competitor's kit were used to measure the same RNA sample in duplicate. The concentration values were averaged and the difference in measured concentrations between the two kits was calculated. The results showed that the difference in measured concentrations between the StarLighter RNA HS Assay Kit and the competitor's kit was within 5%, indicating no significant difference in performance between the two kits.
