StarLighter RNA BR (Broad Range) Assay Kit This is a simple, rapid, sensitive and highly accurate RNA fluorescence quantitative detection kit. This kit contains fluorescence detection reagents, RNA standards and buffers. It is highly selective for RNA and has a good linear relationship between 20-1000 ng. Compared with the traditional UV detection (A260) method, it can quantify RNA more accurately and avoid interference from other substances, such as proteins, salts, detergents, etc. It has good tolerance and improves the accuracy of the experiment. This kit is easy to operate and can be detected using a fluorescence microplate reader or Qubit fluorescence quantifier.
