StarLighter ssDNA Detection Kit

Qubit ssDNA Assay Kit This is a simple, rapid, sensitive, and highly accurate fluorescent quantitative detection kit for single-stranded DNA (ssDNA). This kit contains fluorescent detection reagents, standards, and buffer. While not specific for ssDNA, the kit can detect double-stranded DNA and RNA, but it is highly tolerant to protein or nucleotide contamination. It exhibits excellent linearity for ssDNA samples between 1 and 200 ng. The kit is easy to use and can be performed using a fluorescence microplate reader or a Qubit® fluorescence quantifier.
