Qubit ssDNA Assay Kit This is a simple, rapid, sensitive and highly accurate single-stranded DNA (ssDNA) fluorescence quantitative detection kit. This kit contains fluorescence detection reagents, standards and buffer. This kit is not specific to ssDNA and can detect double-stranded DNA and RNA, but it has good tolerance to protein or nucleotide contamination. For ssDNA samples, it has good linearity between 1-200 ng. This kit is easy to operate and can be detected using a fluorescence microplate reader or a Qubit@ fluorescence quantifier.
