StarLighter Multiplex PCR Master Mix

StarLighter Multiplex PCR Mix Designed specifically for multiplex PCR amplification. The kit uses the optimized StarLighter Taq Pro DNA polymerase and a buffer system optimized for this enzyme, enabling uniform and efficient amplification of amplicons of different sizes and GC contents. At the same time, the hot start achieved through specific antibodies renders the enzyme inactive before the first DNA denaturation, effectively avoiding nonspecific binding and amplification of primers before the start of the reaction. This system performs annealing and extension in one step, effectively reducing PCR reaction time. This system is compatible with samples such as purified DNA, crude DNA, and blood cards. This product has 3'-dA overhangs in the amplified product.
