This kit contains fluorescent detection reagents, standards and buffer.

This kit is effective for ss DNA is not specific and can detect double-stranded DNA and RNA, but it is more tolerant to contamination by proteins or nucleotides. Good linearity was observed for ssDNA samples between 1-200 ng.
