This kit contains fluorescence detection reagents, standards, and buffer.

This kit is effective for ss DNA is not specific and can detect double-stranded DNA and RNA, but it is relatively tolerant to contamination by proteins or nucleotides. The linearity is good for ssDNA samples between 1-200 ng.
