The samples with molecular weights of 300bp and 1000bp were recovered using the Qihengxing Magnetic Bead Gel Recovery Kit and the commercially available first-class brand membrane column gel recovery kit. The Qihengxing Magnetic Bead Gel Recovery Kit had a higher recovery efficiency and performed more outstandingly in the recovery of small fragment DNA.

2. Compared with other brands of magnetic bead gel recovery kits, the recovery efficiency is higher

The same amount of 1000bp PCR product was subjected to electrophoresis and the product was purified after gel cutting. The Qihengxing Magnetic Bead Gel Recovery Kit showed a higher recovery efficiency.
