The Qihengxing Magnetic Bead Gel Recovery Kit and the commercially available first-class brand membrane column gel recovery kit were used to recover samples with molecular weights of 300bp and 1000bp. The Qihengxing Magnetic Bead Gel Recovery Kit had a higher recovery efficiency and performed more outstandingly in the recovery of small DNA fragments.

The same amount of 1000bp PCR product was subjected to electrophoresis, and the product was purified after gel cutting. The Qihengxing magnetic bead gel recovery kit showed higher recovery efficiency.
