StarLighter HS Probe qPCR Kit (Universal) This is a probe-based qPCR Kit that uses an ultra-high performance hot-start genetically engineered Taq Pro DNA polymerization configuration. The optimized buffer reaction system can effectively inhibit nonspecific amplification, greatly increase the amplification efficiency of qPCR, and is suitable for ultra-sensitive qPCR detection. This product has been verified by animal embryo sex detection and can efficiently amplify genomic DNA as low as 10 pg of starting template. The polymerase in this qPCR Mix is blocked with antibodies, and the enzyme activity can be restored at above 90°C for 30 seconds. The DNA polymerase in this product catalyzes the synthesis of DNA in the 5'→3' direction, has 5'→3' exonuclease activity, and has no 3'→5' proofreading exonuclease activity.
This product has 3'-dA overhangs at the end of the amplified product, with an amplification speed of 1-10s/kb. It is compatible with the standard and fast modes of qPCR instruments.

Qihengxing reagent has higher sensitivity, and the Ct value is 2-4 Ct values earlier than that of competitor KP.
Human genomic DNA was used as a template and diluted continuously to 0.0064 ng-100 ng.
