StarLighter Hot Start Taq DNA Polymerase

StarLighter HotStart Taq DNA Polymerase Hot-start Taq DNA polymerase can be used for conventional PCR and qPCR amplification experiments with high specificity and sensitivity. The enzyme is inactive at room temperature, so the reaction system can be prepared at room temperature to avoid the formation of primer dimers and non-specific extension, thereby increasing the specificity of DNA amplification. The enzyme is blocked with antibodies, and the enzyme activity can be restored at 90°C for 30 seconds. The enzyme catalyzes the synthesis of DNA in the 5'→3' direction, has 5'→3' exonuclease activity, and has no 3'→5' proofreading exonuclease activity. This product has 3'-dA overhanging ends in the amplified product, and can be directly cloned into TA vector after purification. The amplification speed is 30-60 s/kb.
