StarLighter HotStart Taq Pro PCR Mix This is a ready-to-use PCR Mix prepared with ultra-high performance hot-start Taq Pro DNA polymerase. It can synthesize DNA quickly and efficiently, and can effectively tolerate various inhibitors. It can effectively amplify purified DNA, crude DNA, bacterial liquid and other samples. The polymerase in this PCR Mix is blocked with antibodies, and the enzyme activity can be restored in 30 seconds above 90°C. The enzyme catalyzes the synthesis of DNA in the 5'→3' direction, has 5'→3' exonuclease activity, and has no 3'→5' proofreading exonuclease activity. Its amplified product has a 3'-dA protruding end and can be directly cloned with a TA vector after purification. The amplification speed is 1-10s/kb.
